Hello everyone, my name is Kai Westhoff, I am a 32 years old and I was born in Roosendaal in The Netherlands. I have a bachelor degree in cooking and I did work for almost 12 years in The Netherlands in the kitchen as a Cook. My wife's name is Nichole Westhoff, she was born in Portland OR and was raised in the Vancouver area WA. She is a Nurse and works in a Hospital. We did meet each other 6 years ago, in 2019 I did move to America. We have a wonderful daughter who was born in July 2020. We have had this wonderful bakery since April 2024. Our focus is of course Dutch baked goods, but we also bake other yummy baked goods.
